Jessica Simpson Resists Doing 'Dukes' Press With Knoxville
The New York Daily News reports Jessica Simpson is said to be bridling at doing publicity for 'The Dukes of Hazzard' with married co-star Johnny Knoxville because she doesn't want to feed gossip that they had a fling. Jessica's camp are also defusing a claim that Simpson slept with Bam Margera after the 'Jackass' star's dad told Philadelphia radio deejays Preston & Steve his son admitted bedding Simpson - and "Bam has never lied to us." The apology yesterday (25MAY05) after reporting that the IRRESISTIBLE singer had officially filed to end her two-and-a-half-year marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences".
The statement reads, "E! deeply regrets that a draft report from E! Online, which contained some false information regarding the Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson marriage, was accidentally disseminated.
"The couple has not filed for divorce. E! apologises to Nick, Jessica, their families and their fans for any distress this may have caused."
Late yesterday Simpson told US WEEKLY about the posting, "It is completely false and we would sue them if they hadn't taken it down."

Sorry for a little lack in updates. Things have been totall crazy between proms and dance recitals!
Last night, Linday Lohan was the host on 'Saturday Night Live'. Towards the end of the show, she did a skit where she was Jessica Simpson on the 'Prince Talk Show'. I'll see if I can find the video to show you all.

Jessica didn't perform at the Academy of Country Music Awards, if any of you saw! :( Did anyone else get the e-mail from her mailing list saying to tune in? I guess they canceled it last minute but, what a let down.
NELSON AND SIMPSON RE-MAKE 'THESE BOOTS...'
Country legend WILLIE NELSON is recording a duet version of NANCY SINATRA's hit THESE BOOTS ARE MADE FOR WALKING, with popstar JESSICA SIMPSON.
The track will be for the first single from the soundtrack to new movie THE DUKES OF HAZZARD, in which they both star.
The unlikely duo have vowed to perform a "funk-defied" version of the track, with new lyrics written by Simpson - who plays the DUKE brothers' sexy cousin DAISY DUKE.
Soundtrack co-producer JIMMY JAM tells MTV NEWS, "LORETTA LYNN also did a version, so we took elements of both (Lynn and Sinatra's) and funk-defied it a little bit.
"And Jessica wrote a whole new set of lyrics that put her in the Daisy Duke character in the movie."

Stars Sign Up For MTV Movie Awards
HILARY SWANK, BILLY BOB THORNTON, JESSICA SIMPSON, JESSICA ALBA, HILARY DUFF and LINDSAY LOHAN are among the stars who will be on presenting duty at the 2005 MTV MOVIE AWARDS.
EMINEM and NINE INCH NAILS are scheduled to perform at the ceremony, which will be hosted by JIMMY FALLON on 9 June (05) at Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium.
ANCHORMAN: THE LEGEND OF RON BURGUNDY and MEAN GIRLS top this year's (05) nominations, with four nods each.

Today, multi-platinum recording artists and stars of the smash hit MTV reality show, "Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica," announced their agreement to purchase a luxury condominium unit at the Palms Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Palms Place, a new high rise residential condominium and spa, is the next phase of George Maloof's ultra hip Palms Resort and Casino property in Las Vegas, scheduled for completion in 2007. Palms Place promises to be the most exclusive high rise residential condominium in Las Vegas. Read more.

Costume Institute Gala Boycotted By J.Lo, Others
The New York Post reports Jennifer Lopez, John Travolta and Kelly Preston, Oprah Winfrey, Gisele Bundchen and Naomi Campbell boycotted the Costume Institute gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday night after their hosts, fashion designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, had a fit over the placement of their table. Meanwhile, Jessica Simpson, who did attend the event, ended up in tears after her dress zipper got stuck. Read more.

New Pictures!

The site is a mess. I made a new layout as you can see and I coded it but i've been trying for like 2 hours to code the side panel. Monica did it like it was with the old layout and I'm trying to fix it to match this one and everything is messing up and the side content under the nagivation isn't showing up and I have no clue what to do. I don't have the time to keep working on it, I have homework and other things to do, so I'll have to wait for Monica to come on and fix it. Also, sorry for the lack of updates. I've been REALLY sick lately.
